These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the kl44 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

By registering an account on kl44.vip, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the kl44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the kl44 platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].
Important: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the kl44 platform following a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. kl44 will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, but this notification is a courtesy — not a prerequisite for the updated Terms to take effect.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one kl44 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed with funds forfeited.
Secure Your Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your kl44 login credentials. kl44 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Fair Play at All Times
All games use certified RNG systems. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools will result in immediate account closure.
KYC Verification

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on kl44.vip and to use any of the services offered on the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kl44 may at any time request documentary proof of age from any player. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their kl44 account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, all winnings will be voided, and only the original deposit amount (less any bonuses) may be returned following a full investigation, at kl44's sole discretion. kl44 takes its age-verification obligations seriously and will cooperate fully with any applicable regulatory or investigative body in connection with underage gambling concerns.
1.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual person may register and maintain only one active kl44 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where kl44 identifies that a player holds more than one account, kl44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated winnings, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts without notice. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation before any withdrawal is processed.
1.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your kl44 account, including your legal name (if requested at KYC stage), your Bangladeshi mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. It is your responsibility to update your account information if any of your details change. Changes to registered mobile numbers must be verified by kl44's support team before becoming effective.
2. Account Management and Security
2.1 Account Security Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kl44 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and your password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. kl44 will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your kl44 account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately to request an account lock.
2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)
kl44 operates a Know Your Customer policy in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. kl44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; proof of address; and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests exceeding kl44's internal thresholds will be subject to mandatory KYC verification before processing. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kl44 support may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
2.3 Account Closure by Player
You may close your kl44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the associated bonus funds will be removed. Any remaining real-money balance following the satisfaction of all wagering requirements and the resolution of any open bets will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.
2.4 Account Suspension and Closure by kl44
kl44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspected money laundering; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player; use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that kl44 reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of verified fraud or Terms violations, kl44 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods and Currencies
kl44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Indian Rupee (INR) deposits are accepted via Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳200 BDT (or equivalent in INR). kl44 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform's deposit page. All transactions must be funded from payment accounts belonging to the kl44 account holder — third-party funding is prohibited and may trigger a KYC investigation.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified kl44 accounts with no pending wagering requirements are processed to BDT mobile wallets (bKash and Nagad) within approximately five minutes during normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. kl44 does not charge a processing fee on standard BDT mobile wallet withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to kl44's internal anti-fraud review. kl44 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the completion of a KYC review, an anti-fraud investigation, or the resolution of an open bonus wagering requirement.
3.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a kl44 deposit transaction via your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) without first contacting kl44 support to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, kl44 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through any available legal or collection mechanism. Players who experience a genuine payment issue must contact [email protected] first.
Currency Note: All kl44 account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and promotional thresholds are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. When you deposit in INR via card, your INR deposit is converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by kl44 at the time of the transaction. The applied exchange rate is displayed on the deposit confirmation screen before the transaction is finalised.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kl44 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. The general bonus terms in this clause apply to all kl44 promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise. kl44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the wagering requirements specified on the promotion page.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless specified otherwise on the individual promotion page, all bonuses awarded to kl44 players are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means the total amount of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before a withdrawal of winnings generated from those bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn). Only bets placed on eligible game categories count towards wagering requirements — the eligible categories for each promotion are specified on the promotion page.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of issue, which is specified on the relevant promotion page. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus is not completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates and to complete wagering requirements within the allotted time.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
kl44 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts; placing low-risk or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated tools to claim or wager bonuses; and any other behaviour that kl44 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, kl44 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the player's account, and ban the player from creating future accounts.
5. Game Rules and Integrity
5.1 Game Availability and Fairness
kl44 makes available games provided by third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games available on kl44 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the randomness and fairness of outcomes. kl44 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game availability may change without prior notice — certain games may be removed from the kl44 platform due to provider contract changes, technical issues, or regulatory requirements.
5.2 Disputed Game Outcomes
In the event that a player believes a game outcome is incorrect, the player must contact [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed game round, providing the game name, the round or game ID (where available), the date and time of the round in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), and a description of the dispute. kl44 will investigate the matter by reviewing the game provider's server-side logs. The game provider's server-side data is the definitive record of all game outcomes and supersedes any client-side display or player-recorded screenshot. kl44's decision following an investigation is final.
5.3 Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or network interruption during a game round, the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance, at kl44's sole discretion. kl44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors on the player's device, the player's network connection, the player's browser, or any other client-side factor outside kl44's direct control. Game rounds that are interrupted due to server-side issues on kl44's infrastructure will be resolved in the player's favour where server-side logs confirm the player's position at the time of the interruption.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the kl44 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings voided, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
6.1 Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to: using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits; providing false identity information at registration or KYC; using the platform to launder money or process illicit funds; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; and any other conduct intended to defraud kl44 or other players on the platform. kl44 uses automated fraud detection systems and human review processes to identify fraudulent conduct. Identified fraudulent accounts will be closed immediately and the matter referred to law enforcement where appropriate.
6.2 Automated Betting Tools
The use of any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or tool to place bets, interact with games, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the kl44 platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the automated tool is operated by the player directly or by a third party acting on the player's behalf. kl44 employs behavioural analytics to detect automated play patterns. Accounts identified as using automated tools will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
6.3 Collusion and Match Fixing
Any attempt to collude with other players, third parties, or game providers to fix outcomes, share information in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, or manipulate betting markets is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. kl44 cooperates fully with sports governing bodies — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, and other relevant organisations — in reporting suspected match-fixing activity. Players who become aware of suspected match-fixing or collusion must report it to [email protected] immediately.
Zero Tolerance: kl44 applies a zero-tolerance policy to all forms of prohibited conduct. There are no exceptions and no second chances where fraud, money laundering, automated tool use, or match-fixing is confirmed. The account will be closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to authorities as appropriate. kl44 retains all game and transaction logs for a minimum of five years for investigative purposes.
7. Responsible Gaming
7.1 kl44 Responsible Gaming Commitment
kl44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. 7.2 Self-Exclusion
Any kl44 player who feels that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Upon receiving a valid self-exclusion request, kl44 will close the player's account to prevent further betting activity within one business day. A self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months will apply, after which the player may request reinstatement subject to a review. 7.3 Deposit Limits
kl44 players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time from within the account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately — increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This asymmetric limit policy is intentional: reducing a limit is always immediate to protect the player, while increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 kl44 Platform Content
All content on the kl44 platform — including but not limited to the kl44 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game layouts, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kl44 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kl44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the kl44 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of kl44.
8.2 Third-Party Game Content
Games available on the kl44 platform are provided under licence from their respective software providers. All intellectual property rights in those games — including game mechanics, artwork, audio, trademarks, and brand elements — belong to the respective game providers. kl44 does not claim ownership of third-party game content. Any dispute regarding the intellectual property of a specific game title should be directed to the relevant game provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Platform Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl44's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the kl44 platform, or any game played on the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kl44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the player's use of or inability to use the kl44 platform.
9.2 Service Availability
kl44 endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, kl44 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or events outside kl44's reasonable control including but not limited to power failures, internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or government-mandated service restrictions. kl44 is not liable for any losses — including lost bets, missed opportunities, or missed promotions — arising from periods of platform unavailability.
10. Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact
10.1 Amendments to These Terms
kl44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always the version published at kl44.vip/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Where kl44 makes a material amendment to these Terms — meaning an amendment that materially affects a player's rights or obligations — kl44 will endeavour to notify active players via their registered mobile number or email address. However, it is each player's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the kl44 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will — to that extent — be severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
